Due to hygiene, RBF intimate apparel is final sale once delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size preference, or worn items. Incorrect, damaged or manufacturing-defective items may be covered if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Read the full Returns & Hygiene Policy on the website.

Contact RBF within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or the Contact page with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. Keep the item unused with original packaging. Approved claims receive a replacement where stock allows, or an appropriate refund.

We recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent, avoiding bleach, and drying flat away from direct sunlight. Product-specific care appears on each product page.
