These Terms & Conditions apply to the Right Body Fit (RBF) website and orders. They have not been independently legally reviewed. Shipping fees and bank-transfer account details are those configured in WooCommerce and are not invented here.

About RBF

Right Body Fit / RBF operates rightbodyfit.com and sells intimate apparel and related products. By using the website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products, variable products and stock

Product information, colours, sizes and stock come from WooCommerce product and variation data. Availability can change. Photographs may show a specific colour; always check the selected colour and any “product shown in…” note. Screen colours may differ from physical products.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change. The price confirmed at checkout for available stock is the price that applies to that order.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. RBF may accept or decline an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, incomplete details or delivery limits). A contract is formed when we confirm the order.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the courier when your order arrives, where COD is available.
• Direct Bank Transfer — follow the bank account instructions shown at checkout and in your order email. Orders may be held until payment is confirmed.

Repeated refused COD deliveries may lead to cancellation or restrictions on future COD orders.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a correct phone number, delivery address and city so the courier can reach you. Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect details may delay or cancel fulfilment.

Delivery

RBF focuses on delivery within Pakistan. Delivery charges and timelines come from WooCommerce shipping settings and the courier serving your destination. Discreet packaging is used where possible. Exact delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, unless clearly stated at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns, exchanges and hygiene

Intimate apparel is final sale once delivered, subject to the full Returns & Hygiene Policy. Incorrect, damaged or manufacturing-defective items may be covered if reported within 48 hours of delivery with evidence and unused packaging. Change of mind, wrong size preference or worn items are not accepted for return or exchange.

Intellectual property and website use

Website content, branding and product imagery are owned by RBF or its licensors. You may not scrape, misuse or attack the website, interfere with other customers, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RBF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays outside our reasonable control (including courier delays). Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law in Pakistan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Policy updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do.
